The Painting Place celebrates 25 years

 

Congrats to Samara Helfman, owner of The Painting Place in Wellesley (380 Washington St.), for hitting the 25-year mark of being in business.

The Painting Place is a drop-in art studio and party place all in one. You can paint pottery, plaster or canvas, mine for gems or make a candle. 

In announcing her business’s anniversary, Helfman wrote in part: “Kids who once sat at my tables are now adults who bring their own children back to paint. The circle of creativity and community has been beyond anything I dreamed of back in 2000.”

The Painting Place moved from Needham to Wellesley in 2019.
